Samsung’s Home Entertainment division is dedicated to selling premium TVs and home audio systems to a global audience.
Challenge
Drive TV and audio sales through the holidays by engaging customers via email through cheeky copy and premium visuals, while leveraging the global holiday style guide and “best gift giver” themed campaign wrapper.
Working in collaboration with content strategists and copywriters, the Ogilvy experience design team developed a series of emails highlighting specific products identified by the Samsung product marketing team leading up to the holiday season.
By leveraging the global holiday style guide featuring blue background tones and gold accents paired with a cheeky, competitive, tone we aimed to position Samsung as the premium home entertainment choice for gifting to yourself and others.
We reached audiences ranging from Samsung loyalists and sales prospects to game enthusiasts and fitness markets by employing themes of winning best gift giver, self-care, and bringing the “wow-factor”
